Shipping Policy

SN Maths sells one thing: access to online mathematics courses. There are no physical goods, so there is nothing to ship, no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address to enter. This page explains what happens instead when you buy a course.

1. Nothing is physically shipped

We do not sell books, printed notes, tablets, SIM cards or any other physical item. We never ask for a shipping address, and no parcel will ever be dispatched to you. Any study material that comes with a course — notes, worksheets, question sets — is provided digitally inside the app.

2. How your course is delivered

Delivery is immediate and automatic. As soon as your payment succeeds, the course is attached to the account you paid from — the account tied to the phone number you signed in with.

Open the SN Maths Android app and the course appears in your library. From there you can start watching straight away. There is no activation step, no shipping confirmation to wait for and no code to redeem.

3. Watching and downloading

Recorded lessons stream over the internet inside the app. Where a lesson is marked as downloadable, you can save it to your device from the app and watch it offline later. Downloaded lessons stay playable within the SN Maths app only — they are not saved as ordinary files you can move elsewhere.

Live classes run at their scheduled time and are watched inside the app. Your access follows your account, so signing in on a different Android device brings your library with you.

4. If your course does not appear

Occasionally a payment succeeds but the confirmation takes a little longer to reach us. If a course is not in your library shortly after paying, first close and reopen the app, and check that you are signed in with the same phone number you used at checkout.

If it is still missing, write to us with the phone number on your account and the payment reference from your bank, UPI app or the Razorpay receipt. We will find the payment and put the course on your account.
